One of the most important business areas for Post Denmark is parcel distribution, which becomes even more important in the years to come, as online shopping gains ground.
Therefore, Post Danmark desired a digital service which could both promote their image and create more business for parcel post. And in particular, strengthen their offering for, and relationship with, online shoppers.
Solution:
The solution became Ønskeskyen (The Wish Cloud) – Danes’ new digital wish list across digital devices like app and website.
